FAQs
Got Questions? We've Got Answers!
How do I measure my wall?
To get the correct measurements, you’ll need to measure the full height and width of your wall at its highest and widest points. Then, add an extra 10cm to each measurement to account for trimming.
How long does delivery take from the time I place my order?
Print & installation typically takes around 12 business days from the order date, as each wallpaper is custom printed to order.
How to order?
You can place your order online via our website, or by phone or email.
Can I get a render before placing an order to see how it will look in my space?
Yes, we offer one free render with two options to help you visualize the wallpaper in your space and make your decision.
Can I install the wallpaper myself.
We currently offer inhouse installation services on the Gold Coast and Brisbane. However, our wallpapers can easily be installed at home using our step-by-step guide, which includes a list of products and tools required, available once your order is received.
Where are you located?
We are based in Carrara, where you can view our swatches and prints. Alternatively, we can come to you to provide a free measure and quote and showcase our sample prints.
What Makes Us Different
Bespoke Sizing Every fabric wall mural is custom printed to your exact wall measurements — no standard sizes, no compromises.
Fewer, Cleaner Seams Our fabric strips are 170cm wide, more than triple the 50cm of standard wallpaper — for easier installation and a cleaner finish with less join.
Durable & Easy to Clean Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth. It won’t tear if scratched, or if hard objects bump into it.
Removable & Wall-Safe Our fabric wallpaper is removable and won’t damage your walls or lift the paint underneath.
How our wallpaper is installed/joins?
When we install your wallpaper, we overlap each join by approximately 5mm rather than butt joining the panels. This is our standard installation method and helps achieve a secure, professional finish.
Please note that depending on the wallpaper design, lighting and whether the room is light or dark, the joins may be more or less visible. There are several variables that can affect how noticeable the joins appear.
As each wallpaper panel is printed to a maximum width of approximately 170cm, walls wider than 170cm will require more than one panel, meaning joins will be present. The visibility of these joins can vary depending on the design and conditions of the room.
